2023.10.20 20:42〔今傳媒/記者林博文報導〕為協助即將退伍的官兵做好離營後的職涯規劃,並瞭解退伍後的權益及就學、就業及職訓之輔導措施,嘉義榮服處10/19日上午在陸軍部隊訓練南區聯合測考中心辦理屆退官兵權益說明會,希望幫助志願役官兵退伍後能順利銜接職場。
榮服處許家豪總幹事以學長與具榮民身分首先勉勵與會人員致詞時表示,服志願役後退役是人生的一大轉折,如個人沒有完整規劃貿然退役,在職涯路上將會備極艱辛,所以要每位即將有退役打算之官兵,能再一次仔細思量取得榮民資格後續福利之差異、建議考慮繼續留營,為國家奉獻心力。
許家豪總幹事說,如仍規畫退伍,則期望能在「源頭控管、一條龍個案管理」的服務下,與榮服處連繫配合輔導會近期「產訓合作方案」「就業穩定方案」、「擴大會外職訓補助」等政策達到先期掌握、確認官兵之退後需求,進而提供多元管道以照顧退伍官兵。
許總幹事更指出,特別感謝測考中心黃將軍的支持,此次活動並宣導就學、就業、職訓補助及求職需知等訊息,希望可以提供給屆退官兵全方位的訊息,充分強化官兵離營後的就業能力,順利投入職場,發揮所長。
