5姿勢虐爆腰 醫揭隱藏傷害 超多人愛這樣坐沙發
生活中許多看似舒服又放鬆的姿勢，實際上卻會默默傷害健康。對此，台中光田醫院骨科醫師嚴可倫點出5種常見傷腰姿勢，包括半躺半坐、翹二郎腿、盤腿坐、趴臥及三七步，除了容易腰痠背痛外，甚至可能導致四肢麻木、椎間盤突出等問題。其中他提到，半躺半坐是不少人賴在沙發上時，很喜歡的姿勢，但對於頸椎、脊椎來說，都會造成極大壓力，不可不慎。
若總是感覺全身痠痛、手麻腳麻，務必要檢視一下平常姿勢是否需要調整。醫師嚴可倫就在個人粉專發文，介紹以下5種常見的傷腰姿勢，值得民眾特別注意：
1、半躺半坐：不論是坐著或躺在沙發上，把身體半後躺的坐姿是許多人很喜歡的姿勢，看似很放鬆，其實會對腰部產生隱形傷害。當半躺半坐時，會將上半身的力量放在脊椎上，同時頸椎及脊椎也會呈現懸空與彎曲狀態，長時間下來承受較大負擔和壓力，進而產生發炎或受傷的情況，甚至演變成上背痛、坐骨神經痛、椎間盤突出等。
2、翹二郎腿：此動作會使身體長期處於不平衡的狀態，同時增加脊椎壓力，腰部肌肉也會因為代償緊繃而感到痠痛。不僅容易造成腰痠背痛，更可能導致骨盆歪斜、椎間盤突出、筋膜發炎等問題。
3、盤腿坐：是許多人席地而坐時的習慣姿勢。其會呈現上身前傾、骨盆後傾的姿勢，使脊椎過度彎曲，且將壓力集中在腰椎及下背，長期下來就容易出現腰酸背痛、骨盆歪斜、椎間盤突出等不適症狀。
4、趴臥：此姿勢看似有支撐住身體，但其實大多是使用脊椎、背部肌肉出力，而全身壓力也會在腰椎上，長期下來易造成腰痛、脖子僵硬、肩頸緊繃的問題。
5、三七步：搭車通勤或久站腳酸時，常會站三七步放鬆一下，然而，其會使髖部歪斜或一高一低，同時讓腰椎胸椎旋轉，長期下來易造成髖部肌肉無力，連帶導致其它肌肉過度代償而緊繃、腰酸背痛等負面影響。
