劉博仁在臉書粉專PO文指出，上述女子2年前，因自體免疫疾病類風濕性關節炎就醫，當時已經用到生物製劑，來達到抑制免疫發炎的藥物，但也有報告指出，使用這類藥物可能會增加感染、結核菌感染或是少數腫瘤案例的發生。
