中颱「天兔」逼近台灣，氣象署今天（14日）下午5點30分已發布陸警，目前中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南方，向北北西轉北移動，其暴風圈將逐漸進入巴士海峽，對屏東及恆春半島構成威脅。未來可能北轉進入巴士海峽，路徑持續偏西，是否影響台灣其他區域仍有變數。  

氣象署指出，天兔今天晚上中心位置在北緯18.6度，東經121.4度，即在鵝鑾鼻的南方約370公里之處，以每小時16轉11公里速度，向北北西轉北進行。過去3小時強度略為減弱，中心目前在鵝鑾鼻南方，向北北西轉北移動，其暴風圈將逐漸進入巴士海峽，對屏東及恆春半島將構成威脅。

目前警戒區域包括屏東、恆春半島、蘭嶼、綠島，今天東半部、西南部沿海、恆春半島、澎湖、蘭嶼、綠島有長浪發生的機率，晚起至明天台灣東南部海面、台灣海峽南部及巴士海峽浪高將逐漸增大至3米以上，恆春半島將有5至7米浪高。

明天上午起基隆北海岸、屏東沿海空曠地區、恆春半島及蘭嶼、綠島、馬祖易有8至9級強陣風，下午起恆春半島將有9至10級強陣風。

天氣部分，今天環境為偏東風，受到颱風外圍雲系影響，東半部、恆春半島及馬祖有局部短暫雨，中午過後颱風外圍雲系影響，西半部地區偶有零星降雨，而其他地區及澎湖、金門則為多雲到晴的天氣，中部以北山區有零星短暫陣雨；氣溫方面，台灣各地及金門高溫約28至31度，低溫則為22至25度，而澎湖全天23至26度，馬祖整日為21至23度。

明天颱風及其外圍環流影響，東部、東南部地區及恆春半島有陣雨，尤其恆春半島、東南部地區及屏東山區有局部豪雨，東部及屏東地區並有局部大雨發生的機率，明天下半天隨著颱風中心接近，恆春半島地區需特別留意眼牆上的短延時強降雨及強陣風。

至於其他地區為多雲，北台灣、南部地區及中部山區有局部短暫陣雨，中部地區也有零星短暫陣雨；氣溫方面，預測台灣各地及金門高溫可以來到27至30度，溫暖微熱，低溫則為23至25度，而澎湖全天23至26度，馬祖整日為21至22度。（責任編輯：殷偵維）
