【記者 王苡蘋／高雄 報導】針對昨日立法院中傳出，王鴻薇委員提案修正該條法律的規範，站在高雄市民意代表助理職業工會的立場是相當樂見，並同時予以肯定。也呼籲民進黨與民眾黨團提出各自的草案版本，送進國會共同討論審議。

高雄市民意代表助理職業工會理事長朱洎鋐指出，依據「地方民意代表費用支給及村里長事務補助費補助條例」第6條的規定，明定每位直轄市議員的公費助理費每個月僅有24萬；而非直轄市的議員，每月更只剩8萬元的總額可運用。但這條法源自2000年立法至今，24年來從來沒有調整過。

朱洎鋐表示，其實公費助理費早已因長年通貨膨脹的因素，存在不敷使用的事實。在這24年間，基本工資已從最初的17,280元，調升至27,470元，漲幅高達59%，但地方議員的助理卻是什麼都沒有。

朱洎鋐也批評在基本工資逐步調升、助理費總額卻不變的前提下，其實是在變相削減助理的薪資，同時也使得每位議員能夠聘請的人力更少。

朱洎鋐指出，因應科技的進步，各服務處都在擴大服務的多樣性，助理要會的技能是愈來愈多，但公費助理費總額的規定，卻依然維持在2000年所訂下的標準，實在是相當不符合現況。

因此高雄市民意代表助理職業工會希望透過這次立委的提案，能讓中央部會重視地方議會公費助理的勞動權益，並藉此機會健全地方議會公費助理之聘用制度。（圖／記者王苡蘋翻攝）
