春天保養有撇步 中醫師教你「補陽氣」
2月上旬時值立春，春天對應於中醫五行，春季是屬木，而五臟對應於五行，肝臟也屬木，因此春季宜養肝，而肝臟的氣機宜升、宜疏，且《黃帝內經》曾提及「春夏養陽，秋冬養陰」。因此，潮州馬光中醫師黃世輝表示，春天適合食用韭菜、蒜、蔥之類升提陽氣的辛溫食物，不過，陰虛或肝火、肝氣過旺的人不適合多食。
《黃帝內經》中曾提到，人的生命起源於先天父母之精，另外還受天地陰陽、四時節氣的影響。所以自我們呱呱落地的那一刻起，就決定了父母遺傳給我們的先天體質，既然先天體質一出生就已決定，其餘的只能藉由飲食、生活、作息、環境等影響後天體質的因素來進行調整，進而改善體質中偏弱的一環，將體質調整為平衡狀態。
黃世輝表示，依照中醫理論，春天可多攝取例如韭菜、蒜、蔥之類能夠升提陽氣的辛溫食物，不過陰虛或肝火、肝氣過旺的人不適合多食。此外，現代人的工作壓力大，有肝鬱體質的人不妨泡杯玫瑰花茶，可幫忙紓解鬱結的肝氣。
黃世輝說，風為春之氣，春天易受風邪侵襲，因此春天容易發生流行性感冒、上呼吸道感染等疾病。民眾平時在家可自製養肝茶（黃耆五錢、枸杞子三錢、菊花三錢、大棗二錢）和藥膳四神湯（山藥、茯苓、芡實、蓮子）食用，有助於養肝氣、健脾胃，可改善體質與提升身體免疫力。
此外，搭配按摩太衝穴（第一二腳趾骨交接的凹陷處）和三陰交（足內踝尖上3寸，手四横指寬處），每次按摩約3至5分鐘，每日按摩早、中、晚各一次，有疏肝理氣、補養脾胃之功效。
