暈車救星！新研究「這樣做」竟能緩解噁心感
你是暈車一族嗎？9月3日發表在《人類神經科學前沿》(Frontiers in Human Neuroscience) 雜誌的新研究發現，聽音樂有助於減輕暈車症狀，為長期受暈車困擾的民眾帶來新希望！

這項研究利用駕駛模擬器誘發參與者的暈車反應，並觀察不同音樂類型緩解暈車的效果。研究團隊將30名有中度暈車症狀的參與者分成6組，有4組會在暈車症狀恢復期間聽音樂、1組不聽，剩下1組會在參與者產生暈車症狀前停止模擬。
每位受試者都會戴著腦電圖帽 (EEG)，以便測量腦部神經活動。當參與者感覺暈車時，研究人員將分別播放輕柔、歡快、激情及悲傷4種類型的音樂，並同時透過腦電波監測大腦活動。
