台鐵山佳站今（27）天上午電車線垂落全站無電，導致樹林到鶯歌一度雙線不通，班次大亂，至今尚未完成搶通。台鐵表示，預計明（28）天首班車起全線恢復正常行駛。
台鐵山佳站在上午9點17分全站無電，導致樹林至鶯歌間雙線不通，經搶修後恢復單線雙向行駛，初判是試運轉列車與電車線發生拉扯造成斷裂，斷落距離將近1公里，最快要到深夜才能全線搶通。
事故造成多班次延誤，甚至有列車延誤超過300分鐘，引起民怨。
台鐵在樹林至鶯歌啟用公路疏運，對於延誤過多的區間車採取截短或停駛，基隆至新竹間自強號（含新自強號、普悠瑪、太魯閣）全面開放電子票證乘車。
台鐵晚間表示，樹林至鶯歌間電車線故障，經全力搶修及測試後，預計28日首班車起全線恢復正常行駛。
對於受到影響的乘客，台鐵表示，可憑車票自發生日起一年內請求退還票價，並免收退票手續費。因受事故影響導致列車較表定時間遲延或運送遲延達45分鐘以上，指定班次對號列車得辦理退還全額票價或免費兌換乘車票一張，定期票得免費延長使用期限一日，電子票證以人工方式免扣當日乘車費用。
