強烈大陸冷氣團影響快結束！今（23）天清晨各地天氣寒冷，本島最低溫落在台南楠西7.4度，北部則多在10、11度，白天開始冷氣團影響減弱，氣溫回升，不過早晚仍冷、日夜溫差大，一路好天氣直到下週二（27），再有一波東北季風南下，北東轉雨、氣溫下降。
中央氣象署指出，今天中部以北、宜蘭低溫11至13度，其他地區14至16度，白天起強烈大陸冷氣團逐漸減弱，氣溫逐漸回升，北部、東半部高溫17至20度，中南部高溫20至22度，中南部日夜溫差大，夜間清晨仍要注意保暖；離島天氣，澎湖陰天15至18度，金門晴時多雲8至15度，馬祖晴時多雲7至12度。
天氣方面，基隆北海岸、大台北山區、東半部地區及恆春半島有局部短暫雨，清晨至上午大台北地區有零星短暫雨，其他地區以多雲到晴的天氣為主；東北風偏強，桃園、苗栗至彰化、恆春半島及澎湖、綠島局部地區有平均風6級以上或陣風8級以上發生的機率，沿海風浪偏大。
氣象署進一步說明，今天白天開始冷氣團逐漸減弱，白天氣溫回升，但「早晚冷」感覺仍明顯，尤其是中南部日夜溫差大，迎風面北部、東部降雨也逐漸減少，清晨中部3000公尺以上、北部東北部2000公尺以上高山仍有降雪機會。
氣象專家吳德榮也提醒，週末兩天西半部晴朗穩定、大台北東側、東半部偶有局部短暫雨，但冷空氣減弱、氣溫逐日回升，白天北部漸轉舒適、南微熱，一直到下週一各地都晴朗穩定，不過等到下週二開始，上午東北季風逐漸南下，北、東雲增、晚轉雨，氣溫漸降；下週六晚起又有另一波同樣等級的東北季風影響，天氣再轉變。
根據環境部空氣品質預報資訊顯示，23日白天起強烈大陸冷氣團逐漸減弱，環境風場為東北風至東北東風，迎風面擴散條件佳，中南部位於下風處，污染物稍易累積；竹苗、宜蘭、花東空品區及澎湖為「良好」等級；北部、中部、雲嘉南、高屏空品區及馬祖、金門為「普通」等級。
