農曆新年腳步逼近，不少公司企業紛紛發放年終獎金，成為上班族最關心的話題之一。

根據1111人力銀行調查，今年有65.4％企業確定發放，平均1.58個月創15年新高；金融、建築、科技、運輸及醫療業年終最優。未發放企業多因獲利不佳或景氣預期差。企業平均年終1.58個月 6成5企業確定發放
1111人力銀行最新調查顯示，2025年已有65.4％企業明確表示將發放年終獎金，另有27.3％仍在評估中，僅7.2％確定不發放，整體企業態度偏向審慎但不悲觀。企業平均年終獎金由去年的1.39個月提升至1.58個月，創下近15年新高；其中約5成企業年終水準與去年持平，16.2％有所增加，近1成則較去年減少，顯示部分企業在景氣未明朗下仍採取保守策略。
年終大手筆前5大產業
從產業別觀察，金融／保險業以平均發放1.97個月年終獎金居冠，再度成為最大手筆產業。其次依序為建築營造／不動產相關1.79個月、電子科技／資訊／軟體／半導體1.73個月、運輸／物流相關1.72個月，以及醫療照護／環境衛生1.69個月。
1111人力銀行發言人莊雨潔分析，年終獎金多寡與產業景氣循環及獲利結構高度相關。以金融業為例，去年13家金控合計獲利達5863億元，創史上次高，其中多數金控獲利成長甚至改寫新高，讓企業在年終發放上更有底氣；建築營造業則在房市交易量下滑的情況下，仍仰賴已成交建案現金流與留才需求，提高年終以穩定人力。
此外，電子科技與半導體產業受惠AI、高效運算及先進製程需求，產業前景持續看好；運輸物流業則因空運、海運量能穩定及電商成長帶動，獲利表現反映在年終回饋上；醫療照護產業則在長期人力吃緊與專業門檻高的情況下，透過提高年終獎金，期盼降低人員流動、穩定人力。
1成3企業沒年終獎金
另外針對今年無法發放年終獎金的企業，調查顯示，有30.4％是因為2025年獲利表現未如預期，而無法提供年終獎金；另有13％的企業表示，預估2026年景氣（業績）不好因此減少支出。
為了解企業年終發放意願，1111人力銀行特別設計「企業年終發放與招募競爭力調查」，針對企業人資進行立意抽樣，調查時間2026年1月2日到1月16日，有效調查份數為1272份。
