香港電影大亨向華強市場估計其個人及家族資產高達約500億港幣（約2000億台幣）2月25日透過視頻對外回應近期關於遺產的爭議，並談及與小兒子向佑的關係。他透露，已與妻子向太達成共識，將所有遺產交由大兒子向佐的老婆郭碧婷管理，目前不打算留給小兒子向佑任何財產。

向華強表示，這一安排讓向佑直呼「不公平」，但向太已將向佑從聯絡名單中刪除並拉黑，目前父母僅透過秘書與向佑保持間接聯繫。對於向佑提出的見面要求，向華強坦言將以「沒時間」為由婉拒。

不過，他也強調，若向佑在未來十年表現優異，遺囑仍有調整的可能，「給他一點作為鼓勵」。向華強並解釋遺囑理念：「遺囑可以先立，但財產不能先分。
